I’m very excited today because I’m gonna show you slow cooker chicken parmesan. We probably will actually have this for lunch because I’m out of peanut butter,so we can’t even do peanut butter and jelly’s or peanut butter tortillas. That’s what I like to take to the playground. Anyway, gonna dump this all in and we’re gonna see how it goes.
- 4 containers of pasta sauce with mushrooms
- 1 container of Parmesan cheese
- 1 pack of chicken breasts
So what I’ve got here now,I like to do homemade spaghetti sauce but that is not available. So, i bought pasta sauce with mushrooms. I have a container of parmesan cheese and a whole pack of chicken breasts. Now I’m gonna use this whole pack of chicken breasts, you do not have to use this many. This is about 4 1/2 pounds. And I’m gonna put my slow cooker on high, spray out my pot, and dump it all in. And put this chicken into slow cooker.
Okay, the chicken is in there. I’ve already opened my four jars of sauce so for my next trick I’m pouring sauce into the slow cooker. So, there’s that and now a whole container of what we like to call shaky cheese. And here we go, pouring it all in.
Now I don’t need to stir the sauce with the meat but I am going to just poke some of this cheese down again. If you just have to run out the door after doing it,that is fine. Okay, stir, stir, stir. That is all I have to do.
